Eight films distributed by the Independent Short Film Support Platform have been selected for the main competition section of the AM EGYPT International Film Festival in Egypt in 2017.
The selected films are:

The AM EGYPT International Film Festival is held with the aim of supporting independent films and encouraging collaboration among filmmakers from around the world in order to expand their experience and knowledge.
The festival serves as a platform for screening creative films with unique perspectives from filmmakers worldwide. It also provides an opportunity for young filmmakers to showcase their work, exchange ideas, gain experience, and discover new career opportunities.
The first edition of the AM EGYPT International Film Festival was scheduled to take place in August 2017 in Cairo, Egypt.
