Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Base to the CITY OF SORIA festival in Spain, the short fiction film “Ye Rooz Khoob” (A Good Day), directed by Susan Salamat, has earned a spot in the main competition section of the seventeenth edition of this festival.
This film, distributed by the Independent Short Film Support Base, has previously competed in the main competition sections of the Iranian Film Festival in San Francisco, the INSIGHT HALF Film Festival in India, the SGUARDI ALTROVE festival in Italy, the INSIGHT festival in Manchester, England, and KINOLUB in Poland — and with this festival, it is stepping onto the international stage for the sixth time.
It is worth mentioning that free accommodation and hospitality for four nights has been arranged for two representatives of the film to attend the festival in person.
The seventeenth edition of the CITY OF SORIA festival will be held from November 24 to 29, 2015, in Soria, Spain.
