“Fat, Bald, Moustached” in the Main Competition of RELIGION TODAY

Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Platform to the 18th edition of Italy’s RELIGION TODAY International Festival 2015, the documentary “Fat, Bald, Moustached”, directed by Mohsen Najafi Mehri, was selected for the festival’s main competition section.
The film, whose distributor is the Independent Short Film Support Platform, is making its first international appearance at this festival.
The 18th edition of this festival is being held with the aim of fostering dialogue between religions and focuses on the following themes: contemporary dimensions of religions, interreligious relations, manifestations of religious belief, religion in ethnology and anthropology, and historical memories related to religious subjects. The festival will take place in Trento, Italy, from October 9 to 19, 2015. This year’s festival theme is: questioning God, doubt, and faith.
It is worth mentioning that two films from the Independent Short Film Support Platform participated in the previous edition of this festival.
