“A Piece Left Behind from the Taste of Cherry” in the Main Competition of LUCANIA

Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Center to the 16th edition of the LUCANIA International Film Festival 2015 in Italy, the short narrative film “A Piece Left Behind from the Taste of Cherry”, directed by Javad Chardouli, has been selected for the festival’s main competition section.
The film, which is distributed internationally by the Independent Short Film Support Center, is making its first international appearance at the 16th LUCANIA International Film Festival after previously screening in the main competition section of the 4th Khorshid Independent Short Film Festival.
The 16th edition of the LUCANIA International Film Festival will be held in Italy from August 10 to August 13, 2015.
It is worth noting that in 2014, the film “It Must Be Black”, directed by Baran Sarmad and represented by the Independent Short Film Support Center, was also selected for this festival and went on to win the Best Short Film Without Dialogue Award.
