Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Center to the 11th Barcelona Human Rights Festival in Spain, two films have been selected for the festival’s main competition section.
The selected films are:
“It Must Be Black” directed by Baran Sarmad
“Sweet Kazhiweh” directed by Mohammad Farajzadeh and Jamil Marefatian
Narrative, documentary, and animated films dealing with human rights themes, produced in 2010 or later and with a running time of less than 30 minutes, were eligible to participate in this festival.
The 11th edition of the Human Rights Festival was held during the last week of October and the beginning of November 2014 in Barcelona, New York, and Paris.
