The Independent Short Film Support Platform presented a Certificate of Appreciation and a one-year film distribution support award to the Best Independent Film of the 9th Nahal Student Short Film Festival.
As part of its mission to support independent short and documentary filmmakers and to identify the country’s finest independent productions, the Independent Short Film Support Platform selected *It Seems a Voice Is Coming* (*Engar Sedayi Miayad*), directed by Mosayeb Hanaei, as the Best Independent Film of the 9th Nahal Student Short Film Festival.
The selection was made by the platform’s jury panel, consisting of Mehdi Yarmohammadi, Soheila Banoo Zolghadr, and Siamak Ahmadi.
