Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Center to the 28th Hamburg International Short Film Festival in Germany, the animated short Tarazu (The Scale), directed by Ramin Rahbar, has been selected for the festival’s “Three Minutes Quick” competition section, which is dedicated to short films with a running time of under three minutes.
The animated film presents a symbolic account of humanity’s journey—from its beginning to its eventual return to the point of origin.
The 28th Hamburg International Short Film Festival will be held in Germany from 29 May to 4 June 2012.
