The main goal of the festival is to create and strengthen a culture that encourages public interest in the art of filmmaking and to provide a venue for artists to gather and engage in cross-cultural innovation. The festival strives to enrich the lives of its audience through cinema by blending information with entertainment, serving both as a source of amusement and education.
