Language & Subtitles: All non-English language films must include burnt-in or hard-coded English subtitles.

Submission Guidelines & Regulations:
- Platform Flexibility: Films previously released on YouTube or other public platforms remain eligible for submission and competition.
- Multi-Category Entry: Filmmakers are permitted to register a single work across multiple categories to enhance their potential for recognition. However, the final selection remains at the sole discretion of the Jury; submission does not guarantee acceptance or official selection.
- Promotional Rights: By submitting an entry, the filmmaker grants the festival the right to utilize the film’s poster, trailer, synopsis, and selected stills for promotional, informational, and social media marketing purposes.
- Online Accessibility: Works that are currently accessible to the public online are still eligible for the competitive sections of this edition.
