About the Festival:
The 18th Lüben Art Workshop Week is a short-term international artist residency built on a combination of artistic activity, personal exchange, and shared experiences, drawing its dynamism from these very interactions. From July 1 to 12, 2027, participants will live and work in Lüben village, get to know one another through everyday creative activities, and develop their projects in an open, inspiring, and collaborative environment.
Themes and Focus Areas:
This artist residency focuses on individual artistic practice, dialogue and exchange among artists with diverse backgrounds and approaches, and interaction with the general public. The workshop concludes with a group exhibition, in which the works created by the artists during the residency will be presented to the public.
