About the Festival: The Annual Copenhagen Film Festival aims to place independent cinema in the spotlight, supporting emerging and experienced filmmakers from diverse backgrounds and career paths. The festival program includes diverse, thought-provoking independent films across various genres, ranging from narrative features and documentaries to music videos and animation. ACFF welcomes independent films with diverse styles and aesthetics.

Awards:Winning films will be announced at the end of the screenings, and their titles will be posted on the festival’s official website and social media platforms. All winners receive an official festival award certificate.

Additional Notes:There are no restrictions regarding premiere status or prior online release. Please do not resubmit a project if it was submitted for last year’s edition. Special categories are supplementary to the main award categories and cannot be entered independently. Films submitted only to a special category will not be eligible for nomination or official selection.
