Runtime Categories: Mini-Short (under 10 minutes), Short Film (11–40 minutes), Feature Film (over 41 minutes).
Language and Subtitles:All films not in English must have English subtitles burned into the image.

Additional Notes: Filmmakers under the age of 18 must provide written consent from their parent or legal guardian. Priority may be given to works that have not been publicly released on the internet.
