Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Center to the Sguardi Altrove Women’s Film Festival in Italy, the short narrative film “Mr. Jafar Shokoufa’s Last Tape”, directed by Mojgan Khaleghi, has been selected for the festival’s main competition section.
The film, which is distributed by the Independent Short Film Support Center, will experience its first international screening at this festival, taking place from March 21 to March 28, 2015, in Milan, Italy.
The film recently won the Best Film Poster Award at the 4th Khorshid Independent Short Film Festival.
The 22nd Sguardi Altrove Festival is held with the aim of encouraging women filmmakers to reflect on and express issues related to women’s lives through the art of cinema. The festival will take place in Milan, Italy, from March 21 to March 28, 2015.
