Among the films submitted by the Independent Short Film Support Center to the 2nd Herat Women’s Festival in Afghanistan, nine films were selected for the festival’s International Competition Section.

The Last Stop / Directed by Mostafa Soltani
Tomorrow Early Morning / Directed by Azam Najafian
Short documentary, narrative, and animated films were eligible for participation in the festival if they were either directed by a woman filmmaker or addressed issues related to women.
